John Felleman

John worked in the commercial software industry, as a digital innovator in government and as a technology leader in a nonprofit organization. His passions are user experience, systems thinking and lean, agile leadership.

John began developing solutions for users while helping Adobe Systems and Intuit create successful products for small businesses. In 2013 he was recruited by the Obama Administration as a Presidential Innovation Fellow, one of a small cohort that helped the government workforce adopt digital innovation practices used in the commercial sector. He left government in 2018 to join the Rural Community Assistance Partnership, where he directly assisted the staff in improving the lives of rural Americans. He is grateful for the opportunity to help communities overcome the damage of colonialism with a just energy transition that puts them first.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Boston College.
