Eduardo Guerra is a senior executive in renewable energy, distributed generation, and clean-tech systems with more than twenty years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and operating projects across the private, regulated, and international sectors. His career spans the full spectrum of energy deployment - from small scale distributed installations of a few kilowatts to complex utility-scale systems exceeding hundreds of megawatts.

Eduardo Guerra has held leadership and technical roles at Siemens, ConEdison, and Underwriters Laboratories, where he led innovative grid-integrated projects, advanced clean-energy technologies, and navigated diverse regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. His unique background combines deep engineering expertise with a strong understanding of energy markets, safety standards, and large-scale system reliability.

As Co-Founder and COO of Youth Power Ventures, Mr. Eduardo brings a rare blend of technical rigor, operational discipline, and strategic vision, leading the development and execution of integrated agrivoltaic and distributed-energy projects. He oversees project design, engineering, implementation, and performance, ensuring that renewable energy infrastructure operates effectively alongside sustainable agricultural systems and community-based economic models.

Eduardo holds degrees in Biochemical Engineering and Energy Management, as well as an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, reflecting comprehensive training in engineering, energy systems, and strategic leadership.

He is widely respected for his ability to translate technical complexity into practical, scalable solutions and for leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, finance, and regulatory environments. His experience is central to delivering agrivoltaic models that integrate clean energy generation with productive land use, long-term operations, and community benefit.

Outside of his professional work, Eduardo Guerra is a seasoned tennis player and skier, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
